Welcome to the Fintech Forum 2025 networking tool! Before accessing the platform, we kindly ask you to read this End-User License Agreement (EULA).

What you need to know:

• If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
• If you prefer your name, organisation, and position not to be displayed on this tool, you can opt-out by replying “opt-out” to the email that contained your login details, or by emailing us at events@bank.lv.
• You are granted a personal license to use the platform only for your participation in this event. Any commercial use or misuse, such as sending spam or unwanted messages, is strictly prohibited.
• This tool is made for participants of the Fintech Forum 2025. Sharing the list of participants or parts of it with any third parties is strictly prohibited.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, using this platform for the Fintech Forum 2025 ("PLATFORM").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, using the PLATFORM, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not use the PLATFORM.

Event organisers grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the PLATFORM solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The organiser may notify you via email of activities related to using this platform, including receiving messages from other users.

The User is prohibited to create, enter and/or send unnecessary comments, commercial notifications or implement other commercial or illegal forms of communication (SPAM) to other Users of the Platform or any other person on the Platform or with the help of it.

The User is prohibited to share the list of participants or parts of it with third parties.

The Organiser reserves the right to deny the User access to the System and Services in the case of any unauthorized use or prohibited activities and to report it to the responsible authorities, if required, in accordance with the law.

How we use your personal data

This EULA hereby incorporates by reference all terms, conditions rules, policies, and guidelines of the PLATFORM, including Event organisers' Terms and Conditions.
